SKMMP is built by luxury Fashion wholesalers. For too long the wholesale back office has been denied any digitisation. SKMMP allows wholesale teams to do what they are great at SELL, while offering buyers a visually better, faster and complete digital order experience.


SKMMP is working with Brands to prepare for a ‘new normal’ and to thrive again – carefully balancing the human and digital interactions of wholesale.

Problem & Opportunity

The €262 Billion wholesale luxury fashion market is in jeopardy with fashion weeks being cancelled, travel bans and empty physical showrooms. Brands and fashion agencies are desperately trying to find new ways to wholesale their collections in crisis mode. Existing arcane methods of order administration, outdated manual processes and order entry systems are now irrelevant as the market is in a state of flux. The challenges during COVID have made Fashion reassess how it operates. 
In a post covid world NOW digital showrooms are now an intrinsic part of the supply chain, bridging the buyer and the brand in a virtual automated process.

Value proposition

Ghostly, empty showrooms have left Wholesale staff paralyzed, desperately trying to connect and sell the collections to the buyers in crisis mode. SKMMP puts the Brands and Retailer usability and accessibility front and centre of the solution. Our Virtual SMARTShowrooms combine dynamic visual wholesale ecommerce and order tables with online Sales consultation features.

Business model

SKMMP is a B2B SaaS model. The software is licenced on an annual basis to the brand. There is a Pay per Sku rate on the digitisation and automation of the Sku within the Virtual showroom. Since Covid we have experienced a high demand for our software solution. 

Go-to-market plan

SKMMP has focused on the main Fashion week cities Milan and Paris where 70% of the fashion wholesale orders are placed. Initially we targeted the Multi Brand Agencies in Paris and independent medium sized Fashion Brands. Our enterprise grade platform has enabled us to support larger luxury brands with high sales volume and complex order administration operations for their luxury retailers.  June 2020 our primary market segment are the medium to luxury Fashion Brands.

Management team

The SKMMP Team is a strong blend of Luxury Fashion Industry expertise and deep domain Tech, a team experienced in scaling Fashion Brands and Tech Startups. Aileen Carville the CEO and Founder has worked in Luxury Wholesale for 20 years as Head of Sales. She has launched Designer collections at LFW, PFW and MFW. Aileen is commercially driven with the ambition to bring innovation and much needed digitisation to the Fashion Wholesale Process. Sarah Verdon Head of Brand Partnerships has worked in luxury Fashion for 15 years. Prior to joining SKMMP Sarah was the Wholesale Manager at Simone Rocha. Barbara Hughes Data Analyst and ERP Expert has worked in luxury fashion for the past 25 years. Barbara has vast knowledge of ERP processes and order management databases. All of the Team has worked directly with the top global luxury Retailers servicing their wholesale order process.
