Problem & Opportunity
Consumers who want to find sustainable options online have an inconvenient shopping experience and lack of relevant information at the right momenti in the journey and at the same time brands don’t have a place where they can communicate their sustainability efforts.
Value proposition
We make it effortless for consumers to find sustainable fashion options through hundreds of online shops in one single place. With the platform, our partners (online retailers, second hand marketplaces, rental websites) can easily reach targeted consumers with high intention of purchase and access a new way to create media content and marketing campaigns that place consumer values at the center. We have a proprietary data extraction technology that we leverage in aggregating large amounts of data from publicly available websites, product catalogues available on affiliate marketing networks and through API connection with our partner platforms. The data we aggregate is then combined with our Sustainability Framework and our Value-Driven System to let users always find what they are looking for in terms of style, sustainability and personal values.
Business model
Our Business Model is entirely B2B: we take 5-20% commission on transactions on our partner websites from traffic that was referred from our platform. We charge fixed monthly fees for Integration and Media. What is unique about our business model is that we provide access with a monthly fee to our Market Intelligence tools.
Go-to-market plan
Our early adopters are women between 25-34 living in The Netherlands, with medium-high spending power, caring about their style and making conscious shopping choices. We have a focus in the Netherlands for the first year, capturing the market through online advertising, social media, SEM and SEO optimization thanks to our growing catalogue.
We acquire partners and clients through direct contact, PR, online events and word of mouth.
Management team
Our team has previous experience in fashion multinationals and startups with a complementary skillset.
Iris Skrami, managing director, has more than 4 years experience in Fashion and worked for multinationals such as PVH Corp., Nike and Luxottica. She was responsible for the Expansion of the Store of the Future Concept in EMEA for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein, opening more than 30 stores in one year.
Nicolò has more than 8 years working experience in IT and Software Development and he is leading the technical developments of Renoon.
Gabriele Trapani is leading the financial and operational side bringing experience in data analysis and strategic financial decision-making for PVH Corp.
Piero Puttini has previous successful entrepreneurial background as well as experience in multinationals such as Luxottica.

Renoon is currently working with more than 30 partners. We have 10+ Multi Brand Retailers partnerships with names such as LUISAVIAROMA, The Sports Edit, The Next Closet, Spartoo and 20+Brands such as Filippa K, People Tree, Organic Basics. We also already have one of the largest textile manufacturer in Europe as data client with a 2-year contract.
