Brands needs more and feedback to take the right decisions that drive future sales, but it gets harder and harder to make their customer complete forms. Oktave provide a unique experience to create very engaging forms to collect more feedback and create brand loyalty.

Value proposition

Our solution allows brands to create awesome and branded forms, that enhance the completion rate by 3 compared to worldwide leaders in the market. We also provide a ticketing module to help store managers solve dissatisfaction on the fly and create a customer wow effect, based on a seamless workflow providing responsiveness.
