To avoid overstocks and understocks we help fashion brands to be more effective in collection production, prevent revenue loss and become more sustainable.

We integrate brand’s historical sales data, product attributes and external trends relevant specifically to a brand, to be run through AI models to Produce only items that will be highly demanded!
Problem & Opportunity
Consumer’s buying behavior is constantly changing. Retail margins are thin and the competition is fierce. Fashion brands are losing 1 trillion EUR in revenue annually due to overstock and understocks. The problems with stock management arise from the lack of accurate preproduction demand forecast and lack of a tool with useful collection analytics in one place.
Value proposition
Gfaive all in one Fashion Collection forecast and management platform provides brands in one tool with:
– Assortment optimization (best category balance)
– Collection evaluation (which product attributes will be demanded the most)
– Demand forecast (know which item where and when will be sold)

– Reduce production costs by eliminating overstock situations – 30,34%
– Increase of sales just by eliminating only out-of-stock situations by 0,5%
– Increase of Sell Trough Rate by 5,35%
Business model
Our business uses a one-time on-boarding fee and monthly subscription model. Our customers pay an on-boarding fee to have the platform adjusted to the brand’s specific data and infrastructure. The monthly subscription fee is for model retaining and external fashion trends update. Our customers receive Return on their Investment within the 6 months.
Go-to-market plan
Gfaive is scaling through direct sales to the brands. We also work on partnerships with channel partners working with fashion brands. Gfaive participates in industry conferences, such as World Retail Congress, Retail Week, Shop Talk and others.
