Most women feel misrepresented by age, body type, race, and personal attributes, resulting in a poor customer experience.

Value proposition

Our mission with Bestlook is to embrace diversity, empowering customers with the knowledge and tools to confidently select the fashion items that suit them, helping them look their best. Bestlook is a fashion guidance system personalized to you.

We do high-level personalization based on Fashion consulting principles. We aim to take customer experience to the next level.

Business model

Our business model is customer-centric, We address the user´s pains and preferences offering solutions for the customer and the brands.

1. We launched a new experience based on our customer’s needs with a marketplace that has over 25.000 items from brands you already love, all in one place, analyzed, and personalized to you. With affiliate fee from 3-10%

2. We have closed a partnership with a brand for our widget integration, so they can benefit from all the capabilities Bestlook offers without leaving their site experience. We Earn 7% from the sales influenced by Bestlook.

3. We are in conversation to close a partnership with a disruptive omnichannel player in the European market, with clients such as Inditex. Together, we will enable sales assistants to act as fashion consultants, all powered by Bestlook.

Go-to-market plan

(B2B2C) close the first brand and get metrics that demonstrate the benefits of Bestlook so we can go with real metrics and present our solution to other Marketplaces or brands. An ad campaign on Instagram and Facebook.

(B2C) Launch our updated marketplace adjusted with customer’s feedback and demographic ( PMF). Get relevant brands such as Macy’s, Reformation, or Intermix onboarded so we can perform individualization at scale. Brands were preselected based on our demographic ( 35-65) interest, We will be capturing customers through FB ads ( the social media platform with better engagement for our demographic), and we will be retargeting them once we capture their email information with our personalized emails.
